The Direct Care Alliance (DCA) brings direct-care workers, consumers, and employer-providers into multi-staeholder dialogue to reform both public policy and healthcare industry practice. Recognizing that workers are the most important participants in this dialogue, the DCA helps them "care outloud" to make their voices heard in practice and policy reform efforts.
